Sheriff Myles Whitworth

Sheriff Myles Whitworth

Myles has been involved in the Enforcement Industry since birth as his father and grandfather were both Sheriff’s Officers with a Sheriff’s Office which has been operating since 1948. As a young boy Myles worked in the Sheriff’s Office alongside his father at weekends and during the School holidays. Myles’ most memorable operation was a large protester eviction where he attended with a team of over 150 Enforcement Agents to remove protesters that were protesting on a fracking site. The operation lasted for 36 hours as the protesters used tunnels, towers, trees, and lock-on devices to avoid eviction.

Sheriff Ben Dirom

Sheriff Ben Dirom

Ben has been in the Enforcement Industry for the past 8 years where he originally worked as a Bailiff, then progressed to a Bailiff Supervisor and onto where he is now as a Bailiff manager. Ben’s daily role is managing a team of Enforcement Agents that cover the whole the north west of England. Ben’s most memorable job was when he attended a Beauty Salon to collect an outstanding Writ of Control. He arrived on site and the defendant left for two and a half hours running around town trying to raise the money to make payment. She arrived back to the salon and said she has the money passing Ben several black bags containing a mixture of notes and coins. Ben had to count £1264.80 in coins prior to leaving.

Ben started his working life worked on several farms and private estates as a farmhand. His daily jobs included gamekeeper, shoot host, security guard, helicopter re-fuelling operative and chauffeur. Ben then took a job as a manager at a recycling centre before he decided to join the enforcement industry.

Sheriff Luke Peacock

Sheriff Luke Peacock

Luke has been in the Enforcement Industry for the past 4 years. In his time as an Enforcement Agent, he has worked for various Enforcement Companies and collected many debt types. As a Student Member of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association (HCEOA), Luke has expanded his knowledge to specialize in High Court Enforcement.

In his spare time, Luke is a Football Referee for the English Football Association. He has been a Football Referee since 2010 and made his way up the ladder to a Level 4 Referee Officiating in Contributory and Supply League’s and aspires to make it to the top of English football one day and Officiate in the English Premier League. Prior to the enforcement industry Luke was a manager in the retail industry.

Sheriff Grant Bailey-Rodriguez

Sheriff Grant Bailey-Rodriguez

Grant joined the Enforcement Industry back in 2013 where he started as a mobile ANPR Bailiff collecting unpaid Road Traffic offences. He has immobilized many vehicles in his career that he has gained the nickname among other Bailiffs as The Clamping King. Since then Grant has collected many other debt types and has now decided to move onto High Court Enforcement. Grant’s most memorable job was one that was featured on the show where him and Sheriff Luke had to attend a 17th Century Manor House to collect a High Court Writ for a contractor that had not been paid for the work he had completed. Grant seized a tractor which he can be seen sitting on during the opening credits to the show.

Prior to the Enforcement Industry, Grant worked in several garages as a vehicle mechanic and auto technician.

Sheriff James King

James has been in the Enforcement Industry for the past twelve years where he worked his way up from being a Bailiff to a Company Director. The most memorable Enforcement job James has had has he attended a Lettings Agency in North London to collect an outstanding Judgement which had been transferred to the High Court as a Writ. James and his porter gained entry and the owner went crazy, he closed the shutters locking James inside the shop and pulled a knife out shouting at him to leave the property. the Police were called and the Defendant was arrested, though not before making full payment against the outstanding Writ.

Prior to the Enforcement Industry James was a nightclub and late-night bar manager running venues around the country.  Prior to that, he was an Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager for a national hotel chain.

Sheriff Mark King

Mark has been in the Enforcement Industry for over 15 years working for many High Court Enforcement Companies all over the country.  Mark’s vast experience in High Court Enforcement means he has seen everything at least once and knows every trick in the book that Defendants use to avoid payment. During Mark’s career, he has seized many high-value items including boats, aeroplanes, and supercars. Mark has also assisted in many large-scale squatter evictions where squatters have been evicted from high profile buildings around Central London.

Mark is the only current Sheriff that has previously appeared on The Sheriffs are Coming back in 2014 when he was working for another High Court Enforcement Company. Prior to the enforcement industry Mark worked as a heavy goods vehicle driver delivering for many national retailers and supermarkets.
